civil disobedience
- the civil disobedience a form of disobedience which is to refuse to obey laws or to the judgments civil order. It is to attract the attention of the general public about an unfair law or acts in the community with the hope of getting its repeal or amendment. Those who practice the civil disobedience are prepared to incur the penalties, including imprisonment, which they may be inflicted for breaking the law. the principles of action were exposed the first time by Henry David Thoreau, American author in his essay,"Civil Disobedience" (1849) the most important civil disobedience that changed the world history are :
